Court Rule 7:4-7. Place of Deposit

Bail in non-indictable matters given in the municipal court shall be deposited with the municipal court administrator or deputy court administrator. At the suretys discretion, bail may also be deposited with the person in charge of the place of confinement where the defendant is in custody, and that person shall then transmit the bail to the appropriate municipal court administrator or deputy court administrator for deposit in accordance with this rule.
