-Email to members to invite them to NJ Bar Jersey Shore free Happy Hour
-Submitted new proposed book to Pub board: “Handling DUI and Drug Possession Defense for Attorneys”
This book will be a practical guide to what a lawyer needs to know to handle a DUI case.
The goal is to provide practical advice for both relatively inexperienced and experienced
practitioners on everything from understanding the DUI offense including sentencing and license
suspension and understanding DUI evidence including analysis of blood, breath, and urine to
handling pre-trial activities and the actual DUI trial such as preparing and filing motions. This
book takes a hands-on approach with few research citations. The book will also help readers
with the defense of drug possession charges. Sample drug defense forms will be provided.
