President Bush signed a law changing Federal Estate Taxes. New Jersey has revised the law dealing with the Power of Attorney. The AARP and Middlesex County Estate Planning Council has encouraged Churches and groups providing services to Senior Citizens to schedule day time programs to help seniors and professionals providing services to retirees to protect themselves and learn about new laws that affect their legal rights.
