Justification of Sureties

7:4-4. Justification of Sureties


Every surety, except an approved corporate surety, shall justify the proposed property by affidavit, which shall include a description of the property, any encumbrances, the number and amount of other recognizances and undertakings for bail entered into by the surety and remaining undischarged, if any, and all of the sureties of other liabilities. No recognizance shall be approved unless the surety thereon shall be qualified.
