RULE 4:1. Scope Of Rules

The rules in Part IV, insofar as applicable, govern the practice and procedure of civil actions in the Superior Court, Law and Chancery Divisions, and the surrogates courts and the Tax Court except as otherwise provided in Part VI and Part VIII.
