10:129-5.2 Information provided to alleged perpetrator about the investigation

 
 
The child protective investigator shall, upon initial contact, inform each person specifically alleged to be a perpetrator of abuse or neglect about the provisions of N.J.A.C. 10:129-5.1 and that he or she has been named the alleged perpetrator of abuse or neglect, unless the police, prosecutor, or Deputy Attorney General advises the child protective investigator to delay providing the information, or when providing such information will jeopardize the investigation.
